Important YAM Information January 10-February 7 Young People's Art Exhibit at Oklahoma Contemporary at the State Fair Grounds
February 15-Extended date to accept student artwork for the Young People's Art Exhibit, Oklahoma Contemporary 4-7 PM February 7-Young People's Art Exhibit Awards Ceremony and Reception 12 PM at Oklahoma Contemporary
February 13-Middle School YAM Flag Entries are due
February 20-Superintendent Showcase-Pre-K to 6th grade
*Art needs to be mounted or matted on mat board or tag board. Please limit your entries to 2 per school. February 27-We will be hanging the Show in the Superintendent’s Gallery in the Oliver Hodge Building-3:30-5 PM
*We would love to have your help, needing volunteers. Afterwards, we will eat dinner at Lido’s.
March 3-Door Knockers are due
March 10-Youth Arts Day at the Oklahoma State Capitol, arrive at 8:30 for parking, event starts promptly at 9 AM
*Passing out Door Knockers after conclusion of the event, we will need volunteers
March 26-28 NAEA National Conference in New Orleans-YAM Ceremony and Flag Display
April 3-Award Ceremony and Reception for Superintendent Showcase 2:30 PM
